1. Eligibility

To use TopicX, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.

If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of TopicX, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts, fake accounts, or impersonating others is prohibited.

3. User Content

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on TopicX ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

3.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post your content.
• Your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
• Your content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

3.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy.
• Contains hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
• Contains spam, malware, or phishing attempts.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Is false, misleading, or deceptive.

4. Acceptable Use

When using TopicX, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users.
• Collect or harvest user information without consent.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. Community Guidelines

In addition to these Terms, you must comply with our Community Guidelines, which provide additional rules for behavior and content on TopicX. Violations of the Community Guidelines may result in content removal or account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

TopicX and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

TopicX may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your account and associated data will be removed, subject to our data retention policies.

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopicX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TopicX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at isyerimiz@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TopicX operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and TopicX regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
